Join us for a seminar aimed to help businesses use data for decision making in sales and marketing. The increase in digital business has resulted in a lot of data being available but all too often it is not possible to use. This project has the objective to help you make the most of data decision making. This seminar is a follow-on from the launch seminars that we ran in June and will provide you with results and tips on using data. The Seminar will last 2 hours 14:00 - 16:00 on 25th Aug & 10:00 - 12:00 on 1st Sept.

Using data for decision making is a big subject so we are going to cover key parts that you can use right away. Our goal is that you can use what we discuss in the seminar for your business right away.
What is data today. What is of value. Where do you find it. how can you use it.
How to use data on your customer journey is explored with examples.
How you can use your current sales data to help sales.
Setting up a plan for using data for decision making in your business.
As anyone that has worked with data, the first thing you find in a data project is the creation of more data! The difference is that the focus is not in collecting data but in understanding what data will help us make better business decisions. Data is everywhere - finding the data that will help us make better decisions is the trick. Our focus in this seminar is on sales and marketing for business growth. So we focus on data that will help business growth. We also focus on data you already have or can collect easily to make business decisions.
We will present some data and how to collect it as well as how to make decisions based on the data. We will use real examples throughout.
We also offer an opportunity to take part in workshops that go into greater detail using real data.
All of which are funded by Tillväxtverket and free for you to attend.
Many of you will already have access to some tools be that 101-funnel which is a graphical analytics product that is ideal for business owners to get an overview of their business and website traffic.
101-ads is a service that scans and monitors advertising on the web and social giving you valuable data on what is going on in the world around us.
We will use these in the seminars and workshops to make the use of data real.
